Didier Jouvenet comes to Chez Catherine having spent many years with the finest restaurants, including La Grenouille and The Carlyle Hotel. Born and raised in Lyons in a family of restaurateurs, he was understandably attracted to the kitchen early in life.
His wife Edith is from Marseilles. She will welcome you and is also in charge of the provençale decoration.
Klaus Kronsteiner, born in Bad Aussee, Austria spend his apprenticeship working in a genuine farm to table restaurant. After years of dabbling in other professions he found his way back to the kitchen, working for some of the Best Restaurants in the world. He started working at Chez Catherine in MAY 2016 as Chef de Cuisine. His assistant is Courtney Tatem, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Austin,Texas. Stéphane Bocket, born in Dunkerque, has been the Maître d'Hôtel since 2005, after many years at Alain Ducasse's restaurants in NYC and France.
